S4 was founded in 1994 by the late Sheikh Khaled Jaber Al Ali Al Sabah as a small real estate and construction family business in Kuwait. Embarking on the residential projects in the country, S4 managed to rapidly grow from building a 16 villas project to constructing massive residential units. Pioneering the field of real estate and construction management, S4 expanded its services to real estate and property management under the successful leadership of his wife, Her Excellency Sheikha Ohoud Al Sabah, in 2003.
